Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for managing your timesheet in TimeClock Plus (TCP). Employees can use this guide to enter regular and holiday hours, edit existing time entries, approve weekly timesheets, and review recorded hours for accuracy. The article also includes troubleshooting information to help resolve common issues when accessing or using TimeClock Plus.
Prerequisites
- Active Northwood Tech employee account
- Access to MyCampus
- Access to TimeClock Plus (TCP)
- Hours worked available for entry or verification
Instructions
Enter Regular Hours
- Click TimeClock Plus, from MyCampus Apps.
- Click the 3 lines, in the upper left hand corner.
- Click Manage Time Sheet.

- Click Add, under the day you want to add hours.
- You may have to use the < Prev and Next > arrows to get to a different week.

- Enter your Time in and Time out (lunch break start), .
- Any shift 6 hours or more must have a 30-minute break recorded.
- Select Break, under break type.
- Click Save.

- Click Add, under the same date.

- Enter your Time in (lunch break end) and Time out, for the remainder of your shift.
- Click Save.

- Click Approve Week, when you have finished entering your time for the whole week.
- Double-check that your weekly hours do not exceed 37.5.

Entering Holiday Hours
- Click TimeClock Plus, from MyCampus Apps.
- Click the 3 lines, in the upper left-hand corner.
Click Manage Time Sheet.
- Click Add, under the day you want to add hours.
- You may have to use the < Prev and Next > arrows to get to a different week
- Enter your Time in and Time out.
- Double-check Segment Length to ensure you are only entering 7.5 hours
- Change Job Code to 94 - Holiday.
- Click Save.

Edit Hours
- Find the date you need to edit.
- Click Edit to edit the entry.
- You can also adjust the time by clicking in the time fields and changing them there
- Click Clear to clear that entry completely.
- You will need to click Add to create a new entry.

- Click Copy to copy that section to all other days for that week.
- You can only copy within the same week with this feature

- Select the days you want to copy to hours to.
- Click Paste.

View and Verify Hours
- Click the 3 lines, in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click View > Hours.

- Your hours are listed by week.
- Use the < Prev and Next > arrows to get to a different week.
- The left-hand column is Employee Approval and Manager Approval.
- Your Week Total should not exceed 37.5 hours.

Troubleshooting
- If your page times out, close the window and open a new one from MyCampus Apps
