Overview
Budget Code Filters allow supervisors to limit the information displayed in TimeClock Plus (TCP) to specific budget codes. Using filters makes it easier to review employee time, generate reports, and focus only on the departments or budget codes you manage.
You can create temporary filters or save frequently used filters for quick access.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active Northwood Tech employee account.
- Supervisor access to TimeClock Plus (TCP).
- Permission to view one or more budget codes.
Before You Begin
Budget Code Filters remain active until they are disabled. While a filter is enabled, all reports and data displayed in TCP will be limited to the selected budget code(s).
💡 Tip: Save filters you use frequently to avoid selecting the same budget codes each time you generate reports.

- Disable filters when you need to view all available data.
- Use descriptive names when saving filters to make them easier to identify later.
