Microsoft Teams: Team Creation & Management

Overview

The Microsoft Teams: Team Creation & Management service provides support for requesting new Microsoft Teams and making changes to existing Teams at Northwood Tech. This service helps ensure Teams are appropriately created, configured, and managed to support college-related collaboration, communication, projects, and ongoing departmental needs.

Whether you need a new Team created or need changes made to an existing Team, the IT team will review your request and help determine the appropriate configuration, access, and management needs.

Select this service if you need to:

  • Create a New Team
    Request a new Microsoft Team for a department, division, project, committee, or other college-related purpose.
  • Make Changes to an Existing Team
    Request changes to an existing Team, such as updates to ownership, membership, settings, or other Team management needs.
