This service is intended for requests that require changes to mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, or other email configurations that cannot be completed through standard email support.
Whether you need to request changes to a shared mailbox, update a distribution list, modify mailbox configuration or delegation, request a new mailbox, or deactivate an existing mailbox, the IT Systems team is here to help. This service serves as a central resource for email configuration and administrative requests and helps ensure Northwood Tech email services are properly configured, maintained, and managed.
