The Password Reset service helps you reset your Northwood Tech password and maintain the account recovery information needed to securely access your account. Your Northwood Tech username (email address) and password are used to access multiple college systems, including MyCampus, MyNorthwoodTech, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Email, Blackboard, eCampus, The Den, and the Service Desk. This service helps ensure you can securely access these systems by supporting password resets and updates to your recovery information.
Whether you need to reset your password, are unable to complete the self-service password reset, or need to update the alternate email address or phone number used for password recovery, our team is here to help. This service serves as a central resource for password-related support and helps ensure students, faculty, and staff can securely regain and maintain access to Northwood Tech systems and applications.
To use the self-service password reset tool, you must have an alternate email address or phone number registered with your account. If your recovery information is missing, incorrect, or no longer accessible, select the appropriate Service Offering to request an update before attempting to reset your password.
