Overview
MyNorthwoodTech is Northwood Tech's student information system where students can manage their academic and financial information. After signing in, you can register for classes, view your class schedule, check your financial aid, make payments, update personal information, and access other student services.
MyNorthwoodTech is a separate system from MyCampus. While you use your Northwood Tech ID number and MyCampus password to sign in, the two systems provide access to different services.

- MyNorthwoodTech provides access to student records and self-service functions.
- Sign in using your Northwood Tech ID number and MyCampus password.
- If you're signing in for the first time, you may need to complete the Sign On Assistance process before you can access MyNorthwoodTech.
💡 Tip: MyNorthwoodTech and MyCampus are separate systems. If you can sign in to one but not the other, verify that you're using the correct sign-in credentials for each system.

Before you begin, you'll need:
- An active Northwood Tech student account
- Your Northwood Tech ID number
- Your MyCampus password
- A device with an internet connection
Instructions
Sign In to MyNorthwoodTech
- Go to https://www.northwoodtech.edu.
- Click MyNorthwoodTech.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your Northwood Tech ID number and MyCampus password.
- Click Sign In.
⚠️ Warning: If you receive the message "Your User ID and/or Password are invalid", you may need to complete your initial account setup before you can sign in. Continue to the Set Up Your Account (First-Time Users) section below.
Set Up Your Account (First-Time Users)
- Go to https://www.northwoodtech.edu.
- Click MyNorthwoodTech.
- Click Sign On Assistance.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Submit.
Troubleshooting
I receive the message "Your User ID and/or Password are invalid"
Try the following:
- Verify that you're entering your Northwood Tech ID number.
- Verify that you're using your current MyCampus password.
- If this is your first time signing in, complete the Sign On Assistance process.
I don't know my Northwood Tech ID number
Try the following:
- Review your admissions or enrollment communications.
- Contact Student Services if you need assistance locating your ID number.
I forgot my MyCampus password
Try the following:
- Reset your password using the MyCampus self-service password reset tool.
- After resetting your password, allow a few minutes for the change to synchronize before signing in again.
I'm still unable to sign in
Try the following:
- Refresh your browser and try again.
- Try a different supported web browser.
- Open the website in an Incognito or Private Browsing window.
- Contact the IT Service Desk if the issue continues.
