Overview

The Facilities Requests service provides a convenient way to submit maintenance, repair, and facility-related requests for Northwood Tech buildings and grounds. Whether you need to report a building issue, request maintenance services, address safety concerns, or submit a facilities-related work request, the Facilities team is here to help ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students, employees, and visitors.

To better support facilities operations and work order management, all Facilities Requests are submitted through our facilities management system, AkitaBox. Selecting this service will direct you to AkitaBox, where you can submit and track your request. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the location, description of the issue, and any relevant photos or attachments to help facilitate a timely response.
