Equipment Checkout

Overview

The Equipment Checkout service provides students and employees with access to a variety of technology devices and equipment to support academic, instructional, and business needs. Available items may include standard laptops, program-specific laptops, MiFi hotspots, projectors, and other technology resources.

Equipment may be checked out for different lengths of time depending on the item type, availability, and user need. Checkout periods may include daily, weekly, monthly, or semester-long loans. All equipment requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to current availability.

This service helps ensure users have reliable access to the technology they need for classes, remote work, presentations, campus events, and other college-related activities. Requests are subject to equipment availability and applicable checkout policies.

Eligibility

  • Students: Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate course, degree, or certificate program and have a valid Student ID.
  • Faculty/Staff: Devices available for college-related work.
  • Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there are limited quantities.

Process

  1. Review the Technology Lending Guidelines.
  2. Complete the following Technology Lending Agreement form.
  3. Once the form is filled out, someone will reach out to you when your device is ready to be picked up or delivered.
