Student Records: View and Print Enrollment Verification

Overview

Students can access enrollment verification through the Student Center in MyNorthwoodTech. The enrollment verification page provides information about the current term, including semester dates, the number of credits in which the student is enrolled, and their enrollment status.

This article explains how to sign in to MyNorthwoodTech, locate enrollment verification, select a term, and print the information.

Key Information

  • Enrollment verification is available through MyNorthwoodTech.
  • Your User ID is your Northwood Technical College student ID number.
  • Your password is the same password you use to access your college email.
  • You must select the appropriate term before viewing enrollment verification.
  • The Printer Friendly Version option provides a printable version of your enrollment information.
📝 Note: Your MyNorthwoodTech password is the same password you use to sign in to your Northwood Technical College email.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • Your Northwood Technical College student ID number.
  • Your college email password.
  • Internet access and a web browser.
  • Access to a printer if you need a printed copy.

Instructions

Access MyNorthwoodTech

  1. Go to www.northwoodtech.edu.
  2. Click MyNorthwoodTech.
    • If this is your first time signing in, click Sign On Assistance and create your password.
  3. Sign in to MyNorthwoodTech using your student ID and password.
  4. Click Student Center.

Open Enrollment Verification

  1. Click the Other Academic Information drop-down menu.
  2. Select Enrollment Verification.

     
  3. Click the blue circular button with the double arrow to the right of the drop-down menu to load the enrollment verification page.

Select a Term

  1. Click the Select desired term or leave blank for all terms drop-down menu.
  2. Select the term for which you need enrollment verification.

     
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Review the enrollment information displayed for the selected term.

View and Print Enrollment Verification

  1. Click Printer Friendly Version.

     
  2. Review the printable version of your enrollment information.
  3. Use your browser's print option to print the page.

The enrollment verification displays information such as the semester dates, the number of credits in which you are enrolled, and your current enrollment status.

Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in to MyNorthwoodTech

Try the following:

  • Verify that your User ID is your Northwood Technical College student ID number.
  • Make sure you are using the same password you use to access your college email.
  • Check that your credentials are entered correctly.
  • If you still cannot sign in, submit a Service Desk request for assistance.

I cannot find Enrollment Verification

Try the following:

  • Open Student Center.
  • Select Other Academic Information.
  • Choose Enrollment Verification from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the blue circular double-arrow button to load the page.

I cannot find the term I need

Try the following:

  • Review the available terms in the drop-down menu.
  • Make sure you select the appropriate term before clicking Submit.
  • If the term you need is not available, contact the Registrar's Office for assistance.

I cannot print my enrollment verification

Try the following:

  • Click Printer Friendly Version.
  • Use your browser's print option.
  • Verify that your printer is connected and available.
