Overview
The Blackboard Learn mobile app allows Northwood Tech students to access courses, announcements, assignments, grades, and other course materials from their mobile device. This article explains how to install the app and sign in using your Northwood Tech credentials.
Key Information
- The Blackboard Learn app is available for both Apple and Android devices.
- You must sign in using your Northwood Tech email address and MyCampus password.
- Select Continue with Web Login when prompted.
⭐ Best Practice: Apple users should enable Allow Cross-Website Tracking after installation to ensure external resources, such as videos and websites, open correctly from within Blackboard.

- A smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android)
- Access to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- An active Northwood Tech account
- Your Northwood Tech email address and MyCampus password
- An internet connection
Instructions
Install the Blackboard Learn App
- Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Search for Blackboard Learn.
- Install the Blackboard Learn app.
- Open the app.
- Search for Northwood Technical College.
- Tap Continue with Web Login.
- Tap Sign in with Third-Party Account.
- Tap Northwood Tech.
- Sign in using your Northwood Tech email address and MyCampus password.
You are now signed in to the Blackboard Learn mobile app.
Apple Devices Only
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Find and tap Blackboard.
- Turn on Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
Troubleshooting
I can't find Northwood Technical College in the app
Try the following:
- Verify you are searching for Northwood Technical College.
- Confirm you have an active internet connection.
- Close and reopen the Blackboard Learn app.
I can't sign in
Try the following:
- Verify you're using your Northwood Tech email address and MyCampus password.
- Select Continue with Web Login and Sign in with Third-Party Account.
- Make sure your MyCampus password is current.
Videos or external websites won't open on my Apple device
Try the following:
- Open Settings > Apps > Blackboard.
- Enable Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
- Close and reopen the Blackboard Learn app.
